We are looking for an experienced hands-on Construction Site Supervisor to manage commercial construction and renovation sites across the GTA. Must be over 25, with a full G license with own vehicle.

This is not an office-based Project Manager role. We need someone who can run a job site, coordinate trades, keep work on schedule, solve problems, and also jump in when needed with general construction work.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors
- Keep trades organized, accountable, and on schedule
- Perform or assist with framing, drywall, demolition, repairs, installations, and general labour
- Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and quality
- Coordinate materials and deliveries
- Read construction drawings and identify site issues
- Handle deficiencies and day-to-day problem solving

Requirements
- Robust hands-on construction experience




- Experience running or supervising job sites
- Comfortable using tools and performing general construction work
- Good understanding of framing, drywall, carpentry, and renovations
- Able to coordinate multiple trades
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Able to work and drive long-distances, and work evenings and weekends

Commercial renovation experience, especially medical, office, or retail projects, is an asset. Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
