Trademark Industries is looking for hardworking and reliable Construction Workers to join our team specializing in dock building and waterfront structures. This role involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment, assisting in the construction, repair, and installation of docks, piers, and related structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the construction and installation of docks and waterfront platforms
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Carry and move materials such as lumber, steel, and concrete
- Work alongside a team to complete projects on time and to high standards
- Perform site preparation, including measuring, leveling, and assembling components
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, especially when working near or on water
Requirements:
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred (dock or marine construction is an asset)
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including heat,
cold, and wet environments
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
- Comfortable working near or on water (boat experience is a plus)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid driver’s license preferred
