- Community for Living Well (CPCLW) initiative within Assisted Living Alberta is looking to grow its provincial team. The initiative has deep roots in rural Alberta and will be expanding to new communities. The initiative works with health, social and community partners to build and sustain community led projects that enhance the wellbeing of local underserved populations. We are looking for passionate individuals experienced in strengthening aging in place and collaboration using a community development approach. If you are interested in contributing to the wellbeing of community by collaborating across sectors and walking along-side local community partners, we invite you to apply. The PL will support: Spreading the model to new rural communities to impact the wellbeing of those living with dementia, caregivers and other underserved groups
- Championing the model in participating communities
- Sharing learnings
- Building a knowledge base to inform policy and infrastructure planning
