As a part of Connective’s team, you will be instrumental in supporting children and youth who face developmental and psychiatric challenges. Your focus will be on helping residents with daily living activities while building nurturing relationships that foster their growth. This position requires availability for various shifts, including overnight duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on individualized care plans with the Program Manager
• Enforce facility residency rules and ensure compliance
• Offer emotional and psychological support to young residents




• Engage in activities that promote educational and social development
• Act as a role model, guiding residents in life skills
Requirements:
• Diploma in behavioral sciences or equivalent preferred
• At least one year of experience in similar settings
• Experience with clients facing significant behavioral challenges
• Robust communication skills and crisis management
• CPR and First Aid certification required
