The Student Success Systems Team in the Office of the Registrar is seeking two Full-Time Limited Term Analysts. You will configure, maintain, and support Student Success technology solutions that enhance communications and improve student retention. Collaborating with various stakeholders, your role will ensure that systems meet business requirements and deliver high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities:



• Configure and maintain system functionality and workflows • Support implementation of solution designs and standards • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues • Participate in stakeholder consultations and requirements gathering • Develop and execute test scenarios and scripts

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in a related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise applications • Experience with CRM or ERP systems • Understanding of business analysis principles • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
