About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will be a strategic and hands-on leader, responsible for the organization's financial strategy, reporting, planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, risk management, and regulatory compliance. This role involves providing executive-level financial advice, developing and maintaining financial policies and governance frameworks, and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the organization. The CFO will also manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and government partners, and contribute to the organization's strategy through financial analysis and business cases.





The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a CPA designation, and over 10 years of senior financial leadership experience. They must have a strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance, and a proven track record of advising executive teams and Boards of Directors. The ideal CFO for the company will be a collaborative leader with robust business acumen, a commitment to integrity, innovation, and service excellence, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. Responsibilities also include leading and developing a high-performing finance team and providing oversight of financial administration, including payroll, compensation, and benefits.
