This hands-on leadership role focuses on process planning, improvement, and efficiency.As Engineering Manager, you will oversee new product process planning and carry full accountability for performance during the start-up phase. Your expertise in tooling, fixtures, and process support will be vital in driving cost, quality, and safety across operations.
