As a permanent, full time IT Support Technician at YVR, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance and first-level support to YVRAA's varied clientele. Leveraging your skills in IT service, you will address technical requests and contribute to the efficiency of IT operations, ensuring a smooth user experience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



• Answer calls and emails for technical support inquiries • Track issues and requests in the service management tool • Generate monthly IT operation reports • Support IT equipment lifecycle including deployment and repairs • Perform maintenance on shared IT services and workstations

Requirements: • Minimum two years of experience in IT support • Experience in Help Desk or IT Service Desk settings • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Familiarity with ITIL framework and diagnostic utilities • Must have a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License
