Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate complaints by collecting records and interviewing witnesses

• Conduct discreet disclosure of investigation materials to parties




• Represent RCDSO at external stakeholder meetings when necessary
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field or equivalent healthcare experience
