Location: Abbotsford, British Columbia

Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

This is an onsite position.

What You'll Do

✔ Lead full-cycle accounting for multiple companies

✔ Prepare financial statements and oversee month-end and year-end reporting

✔ Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

✔ Develop KPI dashboards and financial reporting

✔ Supervise and mentor an accounting team

✔ Partner with the President on strategic planning and business growth

✔ Drive process improvements through ERP systems and AI technologies

✔Work closely with banks, external accountants, lawyers, and insurance providers.

What We're Looking For

✔ CPA with strong leadership potential.

✔ 3-5 years of Canadian experience in an Assistant Controller, Controller, or senior accounting role

✔Strong experience with full-cycle accounting for multiple companies.





✔ Strong knowledge of Canadian GAAP and financial reporting

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP experience

✔ Experience with QuickBooks Pro Contractor/Job Costing is an asset

✔ Construction, drilling, or industrial industry experience is an asset

✔ Professional proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills is required

✔Hands-on, approachable, and collaborative.

✔High level of integrity and professionalism.

✔Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

✔Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

✔Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
