As an essential part of the team, you will assist individuals facing barriers to housing and provide them with tailored resources and case management. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent service to shelter participants in need
• Implement crisis interventions to ensure participant safety
• Oversee daily shelter operations and maintain cleanliness




• Assist in facilitating healthy conversations between participants
• Use case management tools to achieve housing goals
Requirements:
• Minimum one year’s experience in social services
• Qualification in Human Services or related field preferred
• Demonstrated dedication to combating homelessness
• Robust organizational skills with adaptability
