Wage: $16.35/hour + tips + free staff meal each shift
Hours: Tuesday–Saturday. 16-30 hours weekly. Most shifts will be daytime (~10am-4pm) but we may need occasional evening shifts covered (ending between 10pm-12am). Please do not apply if you are not available to ever work evening shifts until the required times, which varies depending on the day.
Job: Tasks will include dishwashing, knife use, prep, following recipes, preparing sandwiches and salads etc and learning to cook on the hot line. The ability to also handle some minor customer service tasks is an asset. A good grasp of verbal and written English communication is essential.
We prefer some experience, but we do offer complete training, where you will learn:
-Our full menu, food prep methods, safety, and standards, and ordering systems
-Communication, teamwork, and creating a respectful workplace
-Knife and dishwashing skills
Adaptable availability is a must for this part-time position.
There will be space for advancement/increased hours in future, depending on the needs of our other staff.
