Erin Mills Lodge is hiring a Temporary Part-Time Food Services Aide to support our residents and contribute to a caring dining environment. This on-site role focuses on meal service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
As a Food Services Aide at Schlegel Villages, you will engage with residents and ensure their dining preferences are met. Your responsibilities will include serving meals, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting with catering functions, all while adhering to safety protocols. We expect robust collaborative skills and the ability to lift and manage equipment safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals and beverages in a respectful manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Support preparation for catering events
• Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull wheeled carts
• Collaborate effectively with team members
Requirements:
• Valid Smart Serve Certification
• Valid Food Handlers Certification
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts
• Strong time management skills
• Willingness to support a resident-centered culture
