About the Opportunity Are you passionate about connecting excellent people with meaningful opportunities? A growing organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring at its Brampton facility. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you’ll work closely with operational leaders and HR partners to deliver thoughtful, full-cycle recruitment solutions.
This newly created role offers the opportunity to make your mark as hiring needs continue to grow. You’ll strengthen recruitment processes, build talent pipelines, and partner with leaders across production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and plant operations to attract great people and create a positive candidate experience.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly manufacturing roles and support salaried professional hiring as needed
You’ll develop tailored sourcing, advertising, and candidate engagement strategies for open positions
You’ll build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry associations
You’ll conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews and assess candidates against role requirements and team fit
You’ll partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions
You’ll manage interview coordination, offers, onboarding support, and candidate communication
You’ll track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data integrity, support employer branding, and champion inclusive hiring practices
Skills and Qualifications
3-5 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience in manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume hiring environments
Experience working in both recruitment agency and in-house corporate talent acquisition environments is highly desired
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed
Strong behavioural interviewing, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills
Knowledge of employment legislation, recruitment best practices, and diversity and inclusion principles
Excellent relationship-building, communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
