Join LIFE AFTER LAW as a energetic Senior Legal Counsel in Montreal or Toronto. This role allows you to influence corporate and commercial legal strategies for international operations. As part of a thriving legal team, you'll report to the General Counsel while managing a variety of legal matters.

Candidates should possess approximately 5-10 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, providing advice on contracts and corporate governance. Your commercial law insights will play a vital role in supporting business objectives across global subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and review service and licensing agreements
- Partner with external legal teams on global matters
- Collaborate on corporate governance initiatives
- Assist with post-closing matters and HR contracts
- Manage additional projects as needed by counsel

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice law in Quebec or Ontario
- 5-10 years of in-house or law firm experience
- Strong skills in drafting commercial agreements
- Capability to engage with all organizational levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
