Team Snubbing is a Canadian well intervention company providing specialized snubbing, hydraulic workover and completion services to oil and gas producers across Western Canada and international markets.

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Representative to join our Calgary-based team. This position will play an important role in maintaining existing customer relationships while developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have an established background in Calgary oil and gas sales along with enough technical knowledge to confidently discuss completion, workover and well intervention operations with customers.

Direct snubbing experience is not required. Experience in completions, workovers, coiled tubing, wireline, service rigs, pressure control, artificial lift or other related oilfield services would be considered highly relevant.

Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with existing Team Snubbing customers.
- Develop recent business opportunities with producers throughout Western Canada.
- Maintain regular contact with engineering, completions, production and operations personnel.
- Identify upcoming completion, workover and well intervention programs.
- Work closely with Team Snubbing operations and field sales personnel to develop customer-specific solutions.
- Prepare and support proposals, pricing discussions, presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations and industry events.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on opportunities and customer activity.
- Support strategic business development initiatives as required.
- Develop a strong understanding of Team Snubbing's equipment,



capabilities and operating advantages.
- Event planning for customer events including an annual golf tournament

Qualifications

- 3-5 + years of oil and gas sales or business development experience in Calgary or Western Canada.
- Existing relationships within the Calgary producer community are strongly preferred.
- Technical understanding of completions, workovers or well intervention operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, field operations personnel and senior management.
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with operations and management.
- Willingness to travel, field locations, industry events and conferences when required.

What We Are Looking For: We are interested in finding someone with strong customer relationships, good technical understanding and the ability to learn our service offering quickly. This person should understand the commercial side of oilfield services but also have enough operational knowledge to recognize where Team Snubbing can provide value. The successful candidate will inherit an established customer base and will also be expected to actively pursue new opportunities.
