You will contribute to the success of Canadian Natural’s operations by assisting with various project initiative such as inventory audits, reception and mailroom coverage.

- Job location: Calgary, AB – Head Office
- Shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, 8 hours/day (Monday – Friday) for full-time schedule
- Term length: 12 months
- Term start: January 2027
- Term type: Part-time & Full-time
- January – April: Part-time
- May – August: Full-time
- September – December: Part-time (Part time being a maximum of 20 hours per week.)

Key Accountabilities:

- Booking car and hotel reservations for our Canadian Natural employee business travelers
- Assist with booking our fly in/out travelers to and from their appropriate work site




- Assist the Corporate Travel team with various reports and projects that will benefit the company

What You Bring to The Role:

- Currently enrolled or within one year of graduating from a Travel and Tourism program
- Proficient with the Sabre booking system
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
