Pharmasave Ladysmith is presently accepting resumes for a Full-Time Cosmetics Manager to lead our Beauty Department.

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual who possesses a genuinely positive team attitude, takes pride in their work, and consistently demonstrates excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will play a vital leadership role in our store, growing our business and ensuring an exceptional experience for all our beauty clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Department Leadership & Sales: Leading the Beauty Department, building a solid client base, and driving sales growth.
- Events & Marketing: Creating, planning, and implementing engaging in-store beauty events to increase brand and product awareness.
- Inventory Management: Managing purchasing, retail pricing, stocking, and inventory control for the department.
- Customer Service: Delivering superior personalized service, consultation, and product recommendations to clients.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetic retail sales is required.




- Core Retail Skills: Strong background in purchasing, retail pricing, and inventory management is essential.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
- Passion & Drive: A strong passion for cosmetics and a track record of growing sales/business.
- Work Ethic: A reliable, self-motivated, and professional work ethic with flexibility to work various shifts, including some evenings and weekends.

Compensation

- Wage + Commission: Hourly wage commensurate with experience, plus commission on top of wage.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
