Automation & Dynamics 365 Architect in Calgary, AB

Must Have Primary Skills

- 3+ years experience as an Automations BSA
- Strongknowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Proven skills in data analysis, including knowledge ofscripting
- Understanding of software development lifecycles

Nice To Have Secondary Skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend design alternatives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment of project objectives.

Proven Experience In

- Strong Advisor knowledge and experience
- Comfortable taking control and working autonomously
- Experience in Solution Design for automated processes
- Engage with stakeholders,



conduct functional and technicalassessments to identify business processes with automation potential.
- Work closely with the Automation Developers and Test Engineersduring workflow testing and deployment to create knowledge transferdocumentation.
- Collaboratewith stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements forDynamics 365 CRM projects
- Apply functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
