Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Analyze and test raw and finished products
• Keep detailed records of all quality assessments
• Collaborate with departments to enhance quality
• Conduct audits to maintain product integrity
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Food Science or related field
• At least 3 years of quality experience in manufacturing
• Understanding of quality systems (HACCP, SQF)
• Familiarity with Excel, SAP, and other tools
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
