Kasa Supply Ltd. is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Counter Sales & Warehouse Worker to join our team at our Brampton, Ontario location.

This position combines counter sales, customer service, warehouse and yard operations, and occasional local deliveries. The successful candidate will assist customers with product inquiries and orders while also supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with customers, materials, and equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCounter Sales & Customer Service

- Greet walk-in customers and provide professional and friendly service
- Assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries, availability, and order pickups
- Help customers identify appropriate products and materials based on their requirements
- Provide basic product information and pricing
- Prepare customer orders, sales orders, and invoices as required
- Process counter sales and customer pickups accurately
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general customer inquiries
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding pricing, special orders, and custom requests
- Communicate professionally with contractors, tradespeople, vendors, and customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter and customer service area





Warehouse & Yard Operations
- Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery
- Load and unload materials manually or using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory
- Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and report discrepancies
- Assist customers with loading purchased materials when required
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard areas
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and delivery coordination
- Ensure products and materials are stored safely and in the correct locations

Delivery Responsibilities
- Assist with local customer deliveries when required
- Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely
- Verify delivery orders and materials before leaving the facility
- Obtain required signatures or delivery confirmations
- Provide professional customer service during deliveries
- Follow company procedures and all applicable road safety requirements

Equipment & Safety
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse or yard equipment safely
- Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues




- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Wear required PPE and follow company safety guidelines
- Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers

Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to safely lift 50–80 lbs
- Valid driver’s licence required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Delivery driving experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable assisting customers with counter sales and product inquiries
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset
- Previous counter sales experience is an asset
- Previous warehouse or yard experience is an asset
- Plumbing, waterworks, mechanical, or construction supply experience is an asset
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and order-entry systems
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
