Mackenzie Meats is looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our team as Part-Time Counter Help.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing great service.
Responsibilities
- Serving customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable service
- Preparing and packaging customer orders
- Stocking and maintaining our meat display cases
- Keeping counters, work areas, and customer areas clean and organized
- Assisting with general food preparation and shop duties
- Following proper food handling and sanitation procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent customer service skills are required
- Must be available to work weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team
- Able to work efficiently in a busy retail environment
- Previous meat cutting, butcher shop, kitchen, or culinary experience is preferred
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
