GoodLife Brands is hiring for our warehouse and logistics team.

With multiple growing production locations and areas of distribution, we need to be organized and efficient with the logistics of our materials, ingredients and beer and drinks to move the business forward and to the next level.

We need a full-time lead and co-ordinator to join our team and help us scale up this part of our business - the ideal candidate would be organized and systems-oriented, efficient with their time, enjoys solving problems, a good communicator, and physically able to regularly lift and move boxes and kegs of beer.

As we're a growing company - there will be administration and co-ordination responsibilities for this role, driving as needed and looking for someone who is ready to be involved in the development of our systems and processes for this area.

Key Areas of Accountability

Accountable for: Inventory & Warehouse Operations

- Maintain accurate inventory in EKOS with same-day BOL transfer entry; conduct weekly spot counts by category and full month-end counts
- Maintain an Inventory Discrepancy Tracking Sheet; investigate and resolve all variances within 48 hours and flag recurring patterns
- Counting monthly inventory at the warehouse
- Oversee receiving, storage, and movement of product (kegs, cans, packaged goods) using FIFO procedures; maintain proper tagging, labeling, and staging of finished goods
- Manage fleet vehicle maintenance: track mileage monthly, scheduling, coordinate service intervals with vendors (Walnut Grove Auto Tech, Penske), and ensure zero overdue services
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including forklift; maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Accountable for: Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination

- Proactively prepare and review picklists ahead of wholesale cutoffs; stage and pick orders in advance to maintain on-time delivery across Field House and Nicelife brands
- Use Routific to build and optimize daily delivery routes for the driver team, factoring in customer stop times,



fuel efficiency, and delivery volume
- Manage EKOS order entries, BOL documentation, and invoicing; verify LDB-acceptable pallet standards (SCC stickers, clamshell wrap, CHEP pallets) on all outbound shipments
- Coordinate intracompany transfers, ingredient and production pickups, and cross-docking between warehouse and production; drive for pickups and deliveries as required
- Support loading and unloading of trucks; assist drivers during morning dispatch and fill in on deliveries when needed
- Working with Head Brewer, Packaging Lead and Drivers to organize logistical needs week to week - helping organize driver schedules through the week to achieve our goals.

Accountable for: Team Leadership & Communication

- Set clear daily expectations and delegate tasks to warehouse and logistics staff; follow up proactively to ensure accountability and completion
- Lead structured onboarding and hands-on training for recent drivers and warehouse team members
- Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with drivers; provide coaching on performance, customer service, and route efficiency
- Proactively surface warehouse challenges, inventory shortfalls, and operational risks to leadership with recommended solutions
- Promote a safe, organized, and team-first environment; support cross-functional needs across production, marketing, and events as required
- Managing the delivery of orders to tasting rooms and buyers. Working with the order desk/sales team and drivers to fulfill our commitments and delivery schedules to stores.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
