Good Life Brands (Field House Brewing Co & Nice Life Cocktails ) is looking for our next drink sales, order desk and customer relationship support team member!

Accountable for Incoming Orders Management:

- Managing our main beer@ email and our beer hotline, inputting into Ekos Software and working with Head of Order Desk on fulfillment
- Coordinating pre-orders, automatic allocation orders, and accounts to reach minimum order quantities associated with their region.
- Prospecting & education via email to promote selling opportunities and replace stock-outs or shortages.

Accountable for Account Relationships:

- Collaborating with Sales Reps and Director of Sales to move the business forward and to sustain and strengthen account relationships.
- Engaging with accounts to understand operations, adapt service from Field House, and resolve problems.
- Recording details of all interactions with accounts in CRM - calls and changes to information.
- New account onboarding/set-up in CRM, Ekos, credit applications, etc.
- Coordinating with accounts and Sales Reps for any account needs; i.e. samples, tap handles, marketing support.

Accountable for Customer Service :

- Responding & engaging with our clients with a positive and friendly attitude




- Engaging with accounts through phone & email to prompt order/re-order opportunities, and keep our records updated on key information
- Engaging in upselling of skus, brands and orders
