Join our energetic team as a Craft Service Cook and Prep, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of food services. This energetic position involves preparing and presenting delicious, high-quality meals, and soups to support the needs of cast, crew, and production staff.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble a variety of snacks, meals, and soups according to specified recipes and production requirements

- Ensure all food handling and preparation adhere to strict food safety standards and sanitation protocols

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within restaurants or the food industry. 4-5 years min experience in high volume cooking and prep

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary safety standards

- Must have a current Food Handlers Certificate





- Comfortable preparing food in large quantities

- Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time

- Must speak and write in clear English

- Able to work independently

- Can adapt their schedule to changing demands in the film and television industry

- Keeping kitchen clean and well organized

- Reliable and punctual

- Able to portion and package large quantities of food daily.
