We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate lawn mowing/snow removal crews, ensuring high-quality results is a must.

In this role, you will lead a team of skilled workers, manage daily operations, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote safety, and deliver exceptional results that our clients desire. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a crew of landscaping technicians, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule
- Coordinate daily work assignments
- Monitor weekly schedule progress, troubleshoot issues on-site, and adjust plans as needed to meet quality standards
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on standard practices, safety protocols, and equipment use
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients & team members to ensure standards are met
- Maintain equipment, tools, and supplies;

Qualifications





- Proven supervising or leadership experience in landscape maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mowing/trimming techniques are a must
- Experience in overseeing landscape maintenance projects with attention to detail
- Ability to motivate a team while maintaining a focus on quality & efficiency
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members effectively
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; comfortable operating landscaping equipment
- Class 5 drivers license is a must
- Experience pulling and backing up a trailer is a must

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
