Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable Crew Members who are passionate about fitness and nutrition to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while preparing high-quality products and maintaining our supplement store.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve smoothies, juices, protein bowls, yogurt bowls, and other nutritious offerings.

Handle cash transactions and assist with customer checkouts.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Prep fruits and other ingredients for daily operations.

Foster positive customer relationships through friendly and attentive service.

Ensure the supplement store is well-stocked and visually appealing.





Assist with inventory management and ordering as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and perform tasks while on your feet.

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

Passionate about fitness and nutrition.

Knowledge of health and wellness trends.

Ideally you possess knowledge around training and supplements.

Robust customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Experience

Serving: 1 year (preferred)

Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification

Food Handler Certification (preferred/mandatory)

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in the food industry preferred, including barista experience or food preparation roles.
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
