We are looking for energetic, team-oriented individuals to join our New York Fries team! As a Team Member, you’ll be the face of our brand—delivering rapid, friendly service and serving up our famous hand-cut fries, hot dogs, and poutines made fresh daily. ​If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with people, we want to hear from you! ​Key Responsibilities ​Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take food and drink orders at the register, and handle payments accurately. ​Food Preparation: Prepare fresh hand-cut fries, cook hot dogs, and assemble custom poutines following company recipes and quality standards. ​Maintain Quality &

- Speed: Ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately during high-volume peak hours. ​Cleanliness &
- Sanitation: Keep the counter, kitchen prep areas, fry stations, and dining space clean, sanitized, and organized. ​Inventory &
- Stocking: Assist with stocking paper products, ingredients,



and maintaining inventory levels throughout the shift. ​Safety &
- Standards: Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and health guidelines. ​Requirements &

Qualifications ​Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ​Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment. ​Positive attitude and a reliable work ethic. ​Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs (e.g., bags of potatoes, syrup boxes). ​Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required). ​Prior fast food, retail, or customer service experience is an asset, but no experience is necessary—we will train the right candidate!

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
