We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards.




- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet health regulations.
- Assist with restocking supplies and organizing inventory as needed.
- Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to proper cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
