As a key member of the HR Operations team, you will work across various modules in Workday. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and enhance Workday functionalities for HRIS areas • Actively contribute to foundational Workday architecture • Configure notifications, conditions,



and rules in Workday • Support quarterly updates and testing for system releases • Document process changes and business requirements accurately

Requirements: • 2+ years of HRIS Workday experience in relevant modules • Proficient with Excel and large data manipulations • Knowledge of HR functional areas and system integration • Proven problem-solving and communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as HR or IT
