Royal MTC is looking for a agile fundraising professional to oversee its individual giving program. You will manage donor portfolios and create impactful experiences that nurture ongoing support. Your role will include developing persuasive fundraising communications and working cross-functionally to instill a culture of giving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a diverse portfolio of individual donors and prospects
• Oversee annual giving, donor renewal, and monthly giving
• Design meaningful experiences that drive long-term donor loyalty




• Collaborate to develop effective fundraising communication strategies
• Support planned giving by cultivating legacy donors
Requirements:
• Minimum three years' fundraising experience
• Proven ability in donor cultivation and solicitation
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of donor databases or CRM systems
