Dome Productions is looking for a Unit Administrator focused on event finance to manage invoicing and costs efficiently. This role is ideal for those seeking a collaborative setting with a hybrid work structure.

In this role, you will oversee the financial aspects of events, ensuring accurate billing and cost tracking. A background in accounting and strong attention to detail will be essential as you work with production managers and vendors. You will contribute to a supportive team that prioritizes timely financial processes and fosters an inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:



• Compile invoices and revenue accruals for events • Ensure all backups for invoicing are accurate and complete • Reconcile vendor invoices and solve discrepancies • Keep the event database updated and accurate • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and ad-hoc activities

Requirements: • College or University degree is an asset • 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting roles • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong Excel and computer competency • Ability to communicate effectively with teams and vendors
