About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cup Forming Operator to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be the person behind the machine, ensuring our cups are formed to perfection. You’ll be responsible for running the cup forming equipment, keeping it in great shape, and making sure our production flow stays consistent and safe.

What You’ll Do:

- Operate the Machine: Run the cup forming equipment according to our established protocols to ensure high-quality output.
- Maintenance & Adjustments: Perform daily maintenance on the machine and assist management with mechanical adjustments to keep everything running smoothly.
- Production Support: Handle the sleeving of finished cups and ensure the workspace stays organized.
- Quality Control: Keep a sharp eye on the product; we pride ourselves on precision, so attention to detail is a must.
- Safety First: Consistently follow all safety protocols to keep yourself and the team protected.





What We’re Looking For:

- Reliability: You’re someone who follows instructions well and takes pride in getting the job done right the first time.
- Physical Ability: You are comfortable standing for your shift and can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Mechanical Aptitude: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable working with machinery and helping with basic adjustments.
- Attention to Detail: You notice the small things that others might miss.
- Team Player: You’re easy to work with, communicate well, and are always willing to help the team meet our goals.
