POSITION: Customer Care Representative

POSITION OBJECTIVES: To serve a loyal customer base by providing superior customer service.

We are looking for Customer Care Representatives to work within a team setting to serve customers and address their needs. In addition to customer service responsibilities, successful candidates will also maintain the retail space including merchandising and stocking shelves, working with the inventory manager, and participating in training to improve their knowledge of our products and services.

Job Qualifications: Customer service experience is an asset A team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic





Demonstrates initiative and enjoys learning and dealing with people

Knowledge of paint is an asset but not mandatory

Available to work full-time hours

High School Graduate

Schedule Expectations:

Weekly: 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday

Bi-Weekly: 9:00am-3:00pm, Saturday
