Join SickKids Foundation as the Associate Director of Cybersecurity and lead the charge in enhancing security operations. This role demands hands-on management of cyber risks and security awareness initiatives.You will be responsible for effectively monitoring and responding to security incidents while aligning practices with key frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF. Your leadership will drive security education across the organization, ensuring robust incident response and awareness programs.



Ideal candidates will possess extensive cybersecurity experience and the capability to leverage AI for improved operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee security operations and incident response activitiesConduct comprehensive risk reviews and present updatesDevelop and implement Cybersecurity Awareness CampaignsCoordinate phishing simulations and analyze outcomesReview and update Cybersecurity Policies and proceduresRequirements:Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity experience, including 5 years in leadershipExpertise in Security Operations Centre environmentsFamiliarity with MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSFBackground in managing IT/Cyber Risk RegistersExperience in training and awareness program deliveryUtilize your cybersecurity expertise to drive change at SickKids Foundation, contributing to child health outcomes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
