• Develop and refine recreational programs for residents
• Prepare daily activities for physical, cognitive, and emotional enjoyment
• Assess residents' interests and feedback
• Maintain accurate records of participation in programs
• Foster social interaction by leading activities and events
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in recreation or related field
• Experience working with seniors
• Understanding of leisure principles and motivation
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
