Blackline Safety is expanding its team in Canada to support high-volume product sales orders and customer interactions. The role involves processing orders, liaising with Sales, Client Success, Production & Shipping, and distributors, and delivering proactive, skilled communication to customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or order processing, strong attention to detail, and experience with CRM systems (NetSuite is a plus).
