Responsibilities

Experience
- Proven track record of supervising or managing a sales team in a competitive environment.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Punjabi is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting market data and customer insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively across diverse audiences.
- Leadership experience that showcases the ability to inspire teams and drive results.
