Job Summary

Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services to meet customer needs
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
- Utilize analysis skills to assess customer feedback and suggest improvements




- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive interaction
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback
- Sales experience or knowledge of upselling techniques is a plus
- Multilingual capabilities are considered an asset
- Demonstrated professionalism with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
