NexNode is a Rogers-authorized dealer looking to hire for the full-time Sales Representative position in North York and surrounding cities. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

In this role, Sales Representatives represent Rogers products and services. We conduct one-on-one consultations for Rogers and help customers choose the best wireless, internet, TV, home security, and business solutions to meet their needs. This role is a full-time position and requires full-time weekday availability.

Responsibilities

- Meet with new and existing Rogers customers one-on-one
- Open and sell Rogers wireless, internet, TV, home phone, security, and business solutions
- Educate customers on product features, pricing, promotions, and service plans
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through consultative selling
- Process new activations, upgrades, account changes, and service requests accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale




- Stay up to date on Rogers products, promotions, and industry trends
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow all company policies and compliance standards

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years of customer or sales focused experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays

Pay: $36,004.65-$40,453.01 per year
