Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries both in person and via phone or email.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using hand written records and computer system.
- Collect and document customer feedback, complaints, or requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Organize and file customer documents efficiently, ensuring easy retrieval for future reference.
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate service efforts and share important updates.

Experience





- Proven experience in customer service or a related role demonstrating strong english communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage filing systems effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills and including typing.
- Strong writing skills for documenting interactions or correspondence.
- Ability to research information such as navigating parts diagrams efficiently and communicate findings clearly to customers for parts sales.
- Prior experience handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment is a plus.

This job will be transitioned to full time once training is complete within a few months. Being Physically fit & able to lift powertools coming in for repair will be a must. Pay: From $16.00 per hour
