We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details
- Provide product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints effectively
- Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs
- Utilize analysis skills to identify customer trends and suggest improvements for service delivery




- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
- Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in English and Spanish when required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service standards

Experience

- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Demonstrated sales experience, including upselling techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
