- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions,



transactions, and follow-up actions in our database.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred; strong data entry skills are essential.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or upselling opportunities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, customer service best practices, and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Prior experience with CRM systems or similar databases is a plus but not required.
