Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service roles or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong data entry abilities with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively.
