- Conduct data entry tasks to update customer records swiftly and accurately in our database systems.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance overall service quality.
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service roles or related fields with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and is highly preferred to support our clientele.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer needs and identify solutions quickly.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to promote products confidently without being pushy.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with active listening skills to understand customer concerns thoroughly.
