Seeking a qualified and friendly customer service representative to join our team in Dartmouth! This is a full time Monday to Friday position.
We ask that the candidate be able to engage and communicate with dry cleaning customers, be comfortable answering phone's, working with our Computer Program and POS System (Training provided) , maintain the cleanliness of our establishment and helping alongside our Office Manager with duties such as; supplies orders and sorting and/or filing documents.
3+ Years Customer Service experience is mandatory for this position. Laundry and/or Dry Cleaning Industry experience is considered an asset.
