We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our growing equine clinic in a part-time, permanent office role, becoming the third member of our supportive and collaborative office team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

- A background in and passion for all things equine
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to manage client requests and the needs of our veterinarians at our fast-paced practice
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multi-task
- Comfortable with current technology including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and phone-based messaging services, with the ability to quickly to learn new systems
- The ability to work both independently and as part of team
- Strong writing skills including spelling and grammar





Responsibilities:

- Answering and directing incoming communications
- Managing appointments and scheduling
- Maintaining office files, records and documentation
- Billing, payments and estimates
- Ordering and inventory management
- Maintaining a tidy and organized work environment
- Tending to the very specific needs of our office cats

The position runs five days per week (Monday to Friday), with some flexibility in day-to-day scheduling, totalling an average of 24 hours per week.
