Tea Shop Associate — Part-Time

Location: ByWard Market, Ottawa

Positions: 2 Part time

Starting Wage: $18/hour

Evenings and/or weekends required

We’re looking for two friendly, energetic Tea Shop Associates to join our fun, busy team!

We’re a tea shop specializing in quality loose leaf teas, delicious drinks, and desserts, with a focus on creating a warm and relaxing experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Welcoming and helping customers
- Explaining teas and helping customers choose products
- Weighing and packaging loose leaf tea
- Preparing drinks and assisting with light baking
- Operating the cash
- Cleaning and restocking
- Working as part of a team during busy periods

We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience required
- Café or restaurant experience required
- Warm, friendly personality
- able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
