- Utilize analysis skills to assess customer issues and recommend effective solutions swiftly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions,



and feedback in our database systems
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive experiences during every interaction

Skills

- Robust data entry abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Multilingual capabilities; fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base
- Excellent analysis skills to evaluate customer inquiries and determine appropriate resolutions
- Proven sales experience with a focus on upselling and promoting additional products or services
