Central Die Supplies is an industrial wholesale distribution company in the packaging industry.

As a small, family-owned company, our work environment is friendly and our team members have the opportunity to work on many different tasks on a daily basis.

A new member is needed for inside sales/customer service department. The main tasks and requirements are:

- To receive incoming calls, emails and faxes from small, medium, and large sized businesses in Canada and provide superior customer service, in a professional and courteous manner, in response to orders or inquiries.
- To respond quickly to internal/external customer requests and demonstrate excellent follow up.
- To perform administrative duties necessary for efficient operations.
- To resolve problems and enter orders.
- To process credits, replacement orders, and complete appropriate documentation accurately.
- To provide delivery and order status information to customers including tracking shipments and arranging follow-up.




- To maintain a thorough understanding of customer service guidelines to properly recommend solutions for our customers.
- To use in-depth product knowledge to provide pricing and availability information.
- To maintain accurate and updated information for customer accounts by verifying all necessary customer information.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED completion
- At least 1-2 years of recent customer service experience.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows environment.
- Basic math proficiency a must (short assessment will be taken).
- A neat appearance and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.

Job Type: Full time Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
